Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ needs and circumstances, collaborating with caregivers to formulate appropriate care plans.

• Develop individualized plans of care with specific goals directed towards the best possible patient outcomes, collaborating closely with medical professionals.

• Implement therapeutic interventions, including crisis counseling, individual therapy, and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques as necessary based on patient responses.

• Evaluate and monitor client progress towards established goals, making necessary adjustments based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to conduct individualized psychotherapy sessions, fostering a safe and open environment for healing.

• Ensure compliance with the organization’s policies and established standards for mental health and substance misuse treatment throughout your practice.

• Identify and articulate the unique needs of clients and their families, providing continuous support and referring to additional resources when necessary.

• Regularly document treatment interventions and client progress in accordance with organizational guidelines, minimizing paperwork to prioritize patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
