This position is responsible for the supervision of all Residential Services staff assigned to the home. Responsibilities include overall management program coordination and supervision of a certified ICF-MR home including assigned shift personnel. Serves as team leader/Home Manager for assigned individuals. Ensure that the individuals served are provided a comprehensive array of training, services, and supports that enables them to achieve maximum independence in self-care, activities of daily living, including gaining and maintaining significant relationships, self-management and ensuring the protection of their rights.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Range: $41,206.00 - $72,113.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs )/ Management Preferences are not required.
