Litigation Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our expanding, cutting‑edge Litigation Practice. We are a boutique law firm representing hedge funds, private equity firms, and investment professionals in complex, high‑stakes matters. Our practice focuses on securities litigation, business divorce disputes, sophisticated financial litigation, and the defense of government investigations. We are looking for a full‑time litigation paralegal/legal assistant with a minimum of three years of law firm experience and a strong background in supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and thrives in a collaborative, team‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Create, organize, and maintain case files, including monitoring deadlines and tracking court dockets Prepare and execute document productions in accordance with discovery requirements Perform electronic filing in federal and state courts Utilize e‑discovery platforms such as Relativity and DISCO Redact and bates‑stamp documents using Adobe Draft, edit, and format documents using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Conduct legal research using Westlaw and perform cite‑checking of briefs Generate Tables of Contents and Tables of Authorities for legal filings Prepare exhibits for depositions, hearings, and trial testimony Qualifications: certificate preferred Minimum of three years of litigation experience in a law firm setting Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines Self‑starter with excellent judgment and initiative Ability to work effectively in a collegial, team‑oriented Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 , plus discretionary bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cyperus Group LLC
