Sales Leader Opportunity
Lunavi, a leading provider of innovative cloud, application development, and AI consulting solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic sales leader to accelerate growth within our strategic solutions portfolio. In this critical role, you will engage with clients across various industries, helping them leverage Lunavi's advanced App Development and AI capabilities to drive digital transformation, achieve operational excellence, and address complex business challenges. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you will collaborate closely with senior leadership across Lunavi, shaping strategies that expand market presence and deepen customer relationships.
Years of Experience: 7+ years of direct sales experience in technology solutions, preferably specializing in AI, Data, Cloud, or Application Development.
- Proven success in selling complex technology solutions or consulting services.
- Background in IT services, cloud solutions, application modernization, AI and ML solutions, and data analytics.
- Familiarity with industry sectors such as finance, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, or technology.
- Demonstrated track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing client relationships.
- History of consistently exceeding sales targets and delivering significant revenue growth.
- Experienced in consultative selling methodologies (MEDDPICC or similar frameworks preferred).
- Experience leveraging AI-powered and next-generation sales and prospecting tools.
Required Skills
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop, and close new client accounts.
- Skill in articulating complex technology solutions clearly and effectively to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proficiency in identifying customer pain points and aligning Lunavi's strategic solutions to customer business outcomes.
- Competency in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred), sales forecasting, and pipeline management tools.
- Expertise in leveraging AI-powered tools and next-generation sales technologies to enhance prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to develop strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA or advanced degree is advantageous but not mandatory.
Certifications (Optional but Preferred)
- Sales methodology certifications (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler, etc.).
- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
