Description Front Desk Manager Superhost Hospitality - Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Wayne South As a Front Desk Manager, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk services, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. Key Responsibilities Leading and managing the front desk team to provide exceptional guest services. Overseeing daily operations, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest interactions. Implementing and maintaining front desk policies and procedures to optimize efficiency. Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations. Handling escalated guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Contributing to strategic planning and budget management. Requirements Strong leadership and team management skills. Experience in hotel management or related work. Able to solve problems and make effective decisions. Committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Additional Requirements Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry is required. Availability for varying shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
