Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic team in Escondido, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machinery and programming (G-code experience is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
