Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR and various meditation techniques, to assist clients in achieving stress reduction and emotional well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique circumstances, stressors, and therapeutic goals, allowing you to customize mindfulness practices effectively.

• Lead and guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation programs, and breathing techniques designed to foster self-awareness, alleviate anxiety, and promote emotional balance.

• Facilitate group workshops and educational classes that focus on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and effective stress management techniques.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into personalized therapy sessions, addressing specific mental health issues while supporting each client’s overall growth journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
