Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator
Dordick Law Corporation is seeking a Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to make dynamic and engaging content for a personal injury law firm. The qualified candidates is someone who also thrives in producing innovative content that resonates with a broad audience. This role requires staying up-to-date with firm news and events and creating content that reflects and projects our mission, brand, and successes. This is a full-time on-site position primarily working at our Beverly Hills and DTLA office locations, with some additional travel.

- Keeping up on the latest social media trends

Job description:
- Create branded content (stagnant and video form) for our social media sites including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance.
- Assist with social content shoots including camera work, editing, and scheduling
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies to align with the latest algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of two years prior experience with content creation, preferably for a law firm
- Excellent computer skills including Canva
- Strong analytical skills to track and optimize content performance.
- Minimum of a two-year degree
- Experience with viral content, hooks, and algorithm-based strategy.
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year
