Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid DE Educator Certification is required
• Background as a School Psychologist in school settings strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to complete assessments, develop recommendations, and facilitate interventions
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload and student needs

Your Role:

• Provide psychological assessments, observations, and recommendations for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support individualized education plans
• Deliver counseling and crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in eligibility determination meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to the development of positive, inclusive school climates
• Maintain documentation and adhere to federal, state, and school policies
