FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Facilities ManagerThe Facilities Site Manager is responsible for oversight of company operations on a client site. They may be responsible for a whole site or a part of the site and may also be responsible for part of a project. Manages the day-to-day basics and ensures that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Ensuring all staff perform duties in a safe manner and take steps to protect the environment.Managing, training, supervising and motivating staff, ensuring their development.Ensuring all policies/procedures are adhered to and meet regulatory or client compliance requirements.Working with Quality and factory/facility operations to monitor the appearance of the premises, ensure it is kept clean and compliant, tidy, well organized, fully stocked and fully staffed.Ordering approved supplies needed for housekeeping and/or other services provided, in line with fiscal expectations.Remedying complaints or difficult situations in an efficient and professional manner.Directing completion of assigned tasks within estimated time frames and budget constraints.Enforcing work standards and reviewing/resolving work discrepancies to ensure compliance with contract requirements.Being able to work efficiently with professionalism at all times and maintain high standards.Optimizing planning, budgeting, operations, and resources to ensure maximum capability is attained.Approving timesheets, overtime, vacations and performing annual employee performance appraisals.Performing all other position-related duties as assigned or requested.Ensuring that customer requirement and production standards for assigned area of responsibility are met.Qualifications include:4-year college degree is preferred; certification in management a plus.CIMS or other janitorial certification is preferred.Cleanroom Class 1, 10, 100 or 1000 (ISO Class 6) janitorial experience is a must.Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook.Associates at ESFM are offered many fantastic benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, holiday time off, associate shopping program, health and wellness programs, discount marketplace, identity theft protection, pet insurance, commuter benefits, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, paid parental leave, personal leave.Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
