Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of patients' substance abuse histories and mental health conditions to inform treatment planning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address both addiction issues and co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate engaging individual therapy sessions and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Actively collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate and integrate care for your clients, ensuring all aspects of their health are considered.

• Educate and guide clients’ family members on how to be supportive during the recovery process, enhancing both patient and family engagement.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a LCMFT, LCPC, LCP, LCSW, LSCSW, or equivalent.
