Corporate ParalegalA publicly traded technology company is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to support its in-house legal team in North County San Diego. This role offers broad exposure to corporate governance, contracts, SEC compliance, intellectual property, and strategic corporate transactions.Responsibilities:Support corporate governance activities, including board materials, minutes, resolutions, and entity managementDraft, review, and administer contracts, including NDAs and commercial agreementsAssist with SEC filings and regulatory compliance effortsSupport intellectual property portfolio administrationAssist with M&A transactions, due diligence, and data room managementPartner with internal stakeholders and outside counsel on a variety of legal mattersQualifications:5+ years of corporate paralegal experienceExperience supporting public company legal functionsCorporate governance and entity management experienceExposure to SEC reporting and complianceContract administration experienceStrong organizational, communication, and project management skillsNotary Public or willingness to obtain commissionWhy Apply?Partner directly with senior legal leadershipBroad exposure across governance, contracts, compliance, IP, and M&AHigh visibility within a publicly traded organizationBonus and profit-sharing opportunitiesCollaborative team environment with strong work-life balanceEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled
