Staff Accountant

Managing day-to-day financial operations, the full-time Connecticut Licensed Staff Accountant will ensure accurate billing, oversee accounts receivable, and maintain disciplined expense management while working remotely. Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, track payments, and manage collections Maintain clean categorization and documentation of vendor bills and recurring expenses Prepare financial summaries and reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting efforts Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations Hands-on experience with high-volume billing and accounts receivable Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and V Lookups Experience with accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Gusto, or Expensify Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
