We're looking for a Senior Recruiter— a corporate recruiter and talent acquisition partner who can lead full-cycle searches for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across the business. In this role, you'll partner directly with hiring managers and leaders, own your requisitions end to end, and play a hands-on role in shaping the recruiting function as we scale. What You’ll Be Doing Own full-cycle recruiting for complex, senior, and Director-level roles across multiple business units, from intake through offer and onboarding Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (job boards, social, referrals, direct outreach) to build pipelines ahead of need Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, and hiring strategy Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates; present qualified slates with written assessments and hire recommendations Lead offer extension and negotiation, structuring equitable, compliant offers within approved bands Own recruiting metrics—time-to-fill, pipeline health, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rate Mentor junior recruiters and coordinators, and help evolve our recruiting workflows, ATS usage, and employer branding What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience); SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification highly preferred 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate environments) Proven success recruiting across a range of roles and seniority levels, including senior and Director-level searches Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) Excel/Google Sheets proficiency Working knowledge of employment law (EEO, ADA, FLSA) and the judgment to advise hiring managers on compliant, equitable hiring practices Strong relationship-building and consultative skills—comfortable advising senior stakeholders on talent strategy Workplace & Location Stunning views of the city and coastline Free access to the building gym Discounts at restaurants and cafes in the tower Secure bike racks in the building and 24/7 paid parking in a nearby downtown structure Close walking distance to 100+ of the top bars, restaurants, and coffee shops Ergonomic standing desks and high-quality workstations A fully stocked snack bar, espresso machine, and cold drinks A welcoming team lounge area and sunny workspaces A clean, modern space where we can do our best work together Benefits & Perks Multiple medical plan options through Anthem Blue Cross, dental & vision insurance (including orthodontia and annual exams) Pet benefit program with savings on vet care, products, and services Paid vacation (accruing up to 120+ hours/year with rollover and cap) Paid holidays annually Coverage for spouses/domestic partners and dependents under 26 Growth & Career Opportunities At Luminize, growth isn't just something we drive for our clients, it's our mindset and a big priority for our people.
