Key Responsibilities

• Manage a reasonable patient caseload while dedicating sufficient time to each individual to ensure thorough evaluations and treatments.
• Employ advanced knowledge of orthopedic outpatient care by utilizing a combination of hands-on treatment and therapeutic modalities.
• Integrate cost-effective, non-surgical treatment methods to promote improved motion and mobility while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Design, implement, and monitor personalized exercise and wellness programs that encourage active patient participation in their health journey.
• Encourage and motivate patients as they navigate their rehabilitation process, celebrating milestones and facilitating positive reinforcement.
• Continuously assess patient progress, employing measurable outcome tracking to adjust care plans as necessary to optimize rehabilitation results.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, specifically Web PT, to ensure seamless continuity of care.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals recovering from various orthopedic injuries, sports-related ailments, and post-operative conditions. You will cater to a diverse patient demographic, ranging from athletes seeking to return to their peak performance to older adults requiring assistance with mobility and daily activities. Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold an active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey without any history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional ability to develop and execute successful exercise rehabilitation programs.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in an outpatient clinic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, depending on relevant experience.
