Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our rehabilitation center, where modern equipment and a supportive team environment converge to facilitate exceptional patient care. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that promotes work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities to develop personalized treatment plans addressing their individual goals and needs.
• Manage a patient caseload effectively, ensuring that each patient receives dedicated attention and high-quality care.
• Implement evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy techniques and exercise programs, to enhance patients' strength, flexibility, and mobility.
• Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, using advanced therapeutic techniques to maximize recovery.
• Regularly evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain accurate documentation of treatment provided through electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Educate patients on non-surgical alternatives for pain management to minimize reliance on medications and foster a holistic approach to health.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care, sharing insights and coordinating strategies for comprehensive treatment.
• Motivate and inspire patients throughout the rehabilitation process, instilling a sense of empowerment in maintaining their health and wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals with chronic pain conditions, and patients rehabilitating after surgical procedures. Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a track record of maintaining an impeccable professional standing free of sanctions or board actions.
• Proficient in various manual therapy modalities, showcasing a high level of competency in physical therapy techniques.
• Ability to effectively utilize EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient patient documentation.
• Strong knowledge base of current physical therapy techniques supported by the latest research advancements.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting is highly regarded, with a focus on sports-related injuries or orthopedic rehabilitation.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
