Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that address the specific goals and needs of each patient.
• Manage a manageable caseload that allows for comprehensive attention to each patient's care and progress.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall functional capacity.
• Utilize various techniques, including manual therapy and exercise programming, to facilitate optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate and counsel patients on non-surgical alternatives and lifestyle modifications to enhance their long-term health.
• Motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, providing ongoing support and encouragement.
• Document all treatment procedures, patient progress, and adjustments to care plans using our EMR software, specifically Web PT, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate seamless care transitions.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy techniques, maintaining a high standard of clinical practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a vital role in helping patients overcome physical barriers through specialized rehabilitation programs, enhancing their functional abilities and quality of life from their own homes.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Proficiency in manual therapy modalities and a demonstrated ability to create and implement effective exercise programs tailored to diverse patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, for efficient documentation and patient record management.
• Strong knowledge of current physical therapy trends and research-backed techniques.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Hands-on experience with different patient demographics, including athletes and geriatric populations.
• Advanced certifications in specialized treatment techniques or modalities will be considered a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
