Work Environment

As part of a collaborative team within our outpatient clinic, you will work onsite in a supportive and encouraging environment. The operating hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced work schedule that promotes both personal and professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy care by assessing each patient's unique needs and developing tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring optimal function.
• Maintain an appropriate caseload to ensure that each patient receives ample attention and quality time during therapy sessions.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement effective, evidence-based treatment strategies.
• Promote safe, non-surgical alternatives to pain management, reducing reliance on medications through targeted therapeutic interventions.
• Incorporate a variety of treatment modalities, including manual therapy and tailored exercise programs, into comprehensive care plans.
• Continuously assess patient progress, making adjustments to treatment regimens as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment provided in accordance with best practices and organizational standards, using EMR software like Web PT effectively.
• Remain current with industry standards and evidence-based practices to enhance treatment delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Motivate and encourage patients, helping them overcome barriers and celebrate milestones in their rehabilitation journeys.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse population of patients who are recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various physical condition challenges. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals regain mobility and improve their physical capabilities, leading them toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. Qualifications

• A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• An active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with an impeccable record free of sanctions or board proceedings.
• Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques, demonstrating an understanding of diverse treatment modalities.
• A proven track record of designing and implementing successful exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience in using EMR software, particularly Web PT, for accurate patient documentation.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques supported by clinical research.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in patient engagement and communication, promoting patient education and effective self-management strategies.
• Familiarity with sports rehabilitation techniques and knowledge of current trends in sports medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
