Work Environment

Our outpatient office boasts a collaborative atmosphere where team dynamics thrive. The clinical setting operates during the weekdays, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work schedule that promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop comprehensive care strategies that enhance patients' mobility and perform regular assessments to monitor progress.
• Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to provide effective care and pain relief.
• Guide and motivate patients through their rehabilitation journey, ensuring they remain engaged and informed about their treatment process.
• Foster a comprehensive understanding of non-surgical alternatives to traditional treatments, educating patients on lifestyle modifications and preventative measures.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, ensuring a holistic approach to patient health.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress within our electronic medical records system to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of care provided.
• Encourage a supportive and approachable environment conducive to patient progress, utilizing interpersonal skills to connect meaningfully with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including athletes recovering from injuries, elderly individuals looking to regain mobility, and patients seeking rehabilitation for various musculoskeletal conditions. Our focus is on providing tailored, evidence-based interventions that emphasize restoring function and preventing re-injury.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Active physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a clean disciplinary history.
• Proficient in manual therapy and exercise prescription with a strong foundation in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Knowledgeable in EMR software, specifically Web PT, to ensure accurate clinical documentation and efficient communication.
• Strong commitment to ongoing education and application of the latest evidence-based practices in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly in sports rehabilitation or orthopedic care, will be advantageous.
• Experience in developing group fitness or wellness initiatives tailored to increasing strength, flexibility, and coordination.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a benefits package that includes health insurance, paid time off, continuing education allowances, and retirement savings plans.
