Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical health and mobility needs, ensuring an understanding of their medical history and goals.
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and specialized equipment.
• Track and document patient progress, treatments administered, and responses to therapy to measure effectiveness and adapt care plans as needed.
• Communicate with patients, families, and caregivers, providing education and training on therapy exercises and the use of assistive devices to promote independence and safety.
• Attend ongoing educational workshops and professional development sessions, staying current with industry advancements and best practices in physical therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for patients within our facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
