Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist, you will work in an onsite rehabilitation center that fosters collaboration and innovation. Our clinic is equipped with advanced therapeutic tools and technologies, ensuring that our staff can provide effective and evidence-based treatments. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance while contributing to the health and wellbeing of our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify patients' goals, needs, and challenges, tailoring interventions accordingly.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, with a commitment to one-on-one patient interaction for each hour-long session.
• Implement a range of cost-effective treatment strategies to enhance clients' range of motion and overall mobility.
• Prioritize non-invasive approaches, aiming to minimize reliance on medications and reduce the necessity for surgical interventions.
• Design and establish comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
• Create individualized fitness and wellness programs that align with patients' specific rehabilitation goals and personal health aspirations.
• Motivate and empower patients during their treatment journey, encouraging active participation in their recovery and lifestyle changes.
• Enhance clients' physical health by promoting strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through tailored exercises.
• Coordinate and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and rehabilitation.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes rigorously, monitor patient progress, and maintain accurate, detailed documentation of services provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrate a strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
• Proficient in developing and implementing personalized exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, for managing patient documentation and treatment plans.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working in an orthopedic outpatient setting, with a track record of successful patient outcomes.
• Familiarity with modern therapeutic equipment and methodologies associated with contemporary rehabilitation practices.
• Participation in continuing education programs related to orthopedic therapy, demonstrating commitment to professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
