Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and ongoing physical evaluations to establish patient baselines and track progress.
• Design and implement personalized rehabilitation plans that align with each patient's functional goals and lifestyle.
• Regularly modify treatment plans based on patient progress, feedback, and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure cohesive and coordinated patient care, discussing cases in team meetings and leveraging cross-disciplinary insights.
• Educate patients on exercises and at-home strategies to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of patient progress in compliance with legal and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role is focused primarily on outpatient orthopedic patients, including those recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will encounter a highly diverse patient demographic, allowing for the application of a wide range of treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs. Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of New Jersey.
• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or a Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Preferred Experience

Experience in manual therapy techniques, sports rehabilitation, or pain management would be beneficial. An understanding of evidence-based practice and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
