Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess each patient's physical condition and functional abilities, ensuring a thorough understanding of their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings, focusing on specific goals and tailored approaches for each individual.
• Administer evidence-based hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and a variety of modalities such as heat, cold, and electrical stimulation to promote pain relief and functional improvement.
• Provide education to patients and their families on proper body mechanics, postural alignment, and effective injury prevention strategies to empower patients in their healing journey.
• Continuously monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize recovery and facilitate goal achievement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and other specialists to ensure cohesive care delivery.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, documenting treatment interventions, progress notes, and patient responses to therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with patients experiencing various physical ailments such as back pain, joint issues, tendonitis, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

Compensation and Benefits
