This position is oriented within a home care environment, which means your work will involve traveling to patients' residences within the community. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations for each patient to assess their specific needs, including thorough medical history reviews and targeted physical assessments.
• Develop and communicate detailed treatment plans that include personalized goals, working closely with each patient and their family to incorporate their input in the goal-setting process.
• Implement treatment protocols derived from the initial evaluations and adapt strategies as needed based on patient progress and emerging health care best practices.

• Contribute to departmental goal-setting and compliance with accreditation and government regulations, actively engaging in quality assurance initiatives.
• Pursue ongoing education and professional development opportunities, while serving as a mentor for students in clinical rotations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist in our home care setting, you will cater to a diverse patient population. Qualifications

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) issued by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee for New Jersey.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in orthopedics or a related field.
• Current CPR certification to ensure safety in patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
