Work Environment

The role requires you to work directly with patients in a home care setting, providing hands-on physical therapy in the convenience and comfort of their residences. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical condition and functional capabilities to accurately assess their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to address each patient's specific goals, utilizing techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities like heat and electrical stimulation.
• Instruct patients on proper body mechanics and ergonomic practices to prevent further injury and enhance daily function.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, making necessary adjustments to treatment protocols based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Document all treatment interventions and patient outcomes in compliance with state regulations and best practices to ensure seamless communication within our healthcare team.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and enhance overall treatment efficacy.
• Participate in continuous education and training opportunities to remain adept in physical therapies and emerging methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from post-surgical recovery patients to those dealing with chronic pain conditions such as osteoarthritis, bursitis, and musculoskeletal injuries. Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
