Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and limitations, constructing tailored treatment programs that prioritize their individual wellness goals.
• Maintain a manageable patient load to ensure thorough and attentive care, allocating sufficient time for each session to maximize effectiveness.
• Employ expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, utilizing your clinical knowledge to provide effective treatments and interventions.
• Implement a range of cost-effective therapeutic strategies aimed at enhancing patients' mobility and overall function.
• Focus on promoting non-surgical alternatives, reducing dependency on medication, while encouraging holistic healing approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and those managing chronic pain or mobility issues. Our clinic emphasizes personalized care, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with patients who seek to regain their independence and functionality.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Possession of an active Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey, with a clean record devoid of any sanctions or board proceedings.
• Demonstrated proficiency in various manual therapy techniques is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to design and implement effective therapeutic exercise programs tailored to individual needs.
• Familiarity and proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly Web PT, for accurate and efficient documentation.
• Strong knowledge base of current physical therapy methodologies backed by recent research and advancements in practices.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly preferred, particularly if it includes working with diverse populations and conditions that require tailored rehabilitation strategies. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
