Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' needs through detailed assessments to identify challenges related to mobility, strength, and overall physical functionality.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that are meticulously aligned with each patient's individual goals, focusing on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and modalities, to aid recovery and enhance physical function.
• Conduct hands-on rehabilitation sessions with patients, applying evidence-based strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention techniques and recovery strategies to empower them beyond their time in therapy.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records utilizing EMR systems, particularly Web PT, to track progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care, sharing insights and strategies to drive better patient outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and orthopedic rehabilitation to integrate the latest methodologies into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, ranging from athletes recovering from sports injuries to adults dealing with chronic pain or post-surgical rehabilitation. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a history of professional excellence and no disciplinary actions.
• In-depth knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy treatments and techniques.
• Strong manual therapy skills and a proven track record of developing effective exercise regimens for various patient needs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, for effective documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

While the primary requirement is a valid PT license and relevant educational background, candidates with additional certifications in specialized approaches, such as sports medicine or therapeutic massage, will be given preference. Experience managing orthopedic cases in an outpatient setting will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
