Salary: $115,000-$140,000 base

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

Lead month-end close and financial reporting across 30+ entities
• Manage treasury operations including intercompany transactions and banking structures
• Oversee general ledger activity, reconciliations, and accuracy of financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements across accounting and finance functions
• Provide hands-on support to alleviate back-office workload and improve efficiency

Qualifications for the Controller:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 8+ years of Controller experience in a multi-entity environment (no step-ups)
• Strong expertise in intercompany transactions and treasury operations
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar ERP systems
• Proven track record of stability and tenure in prior roles
