This Project Accountant role offers exposure to both project-based accounting and general accounting functions in a stable, team-focused environment. The ideal Project Accountant will enjoy working in a fast-paced setting, managing multiple priorities, and partnering with operations and accounting teams to support financial reporting and project administration. Key Responsibilities Project Accounting Manage project-related billing and invoicing activities Prepare and distribute project financial documentation Track project costs and support revenue recognition activities Maintain supporting documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes Assist with project financial analysis and reporting General Accounting Prepare monthly accruals and journal entries Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close Support financial statement preparation and reporting Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of accounting experience in a project-based environment Experience supporting billing, contracts, project accounting, or related functions General ledger and account reconciliation experience preferred Strong Excel skills and CMiC software experience This Project Accountant opportunity is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career with a growing organization that values internal development, teamwork, and long-term employee success. #J-18808-Ljbffr
