Remote Senior HR Ops & Benefits Analyst

Openkrill

Rover is seeking an HR Operations & Systems professional to manage Workday and HRIS tools, handle lifecycle events, and build real-time analytics. You will drive SOPs, scale operations, and oversee health/wellness programs with global scope. The role requires strong project management, data reporting, and compliance knowledge across U.S.

states and international teams. You will collaborate across HR, finance, and operations to ensure accurate billing, LOA coordination, and efficient perks
