We are looking for a US based Managerwho can lead client engagements, develop consulting teams, and bridge the gapbetween business strategy and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate isequally comfortable in the boardroom and the development environment—able toguide executive conversations, lead consulting teams, and personally contributeto the design and development of AI-enabled solutions when needed. They bringstrong consulting instincts, technical curiosity, and hands-on experience withdata, analytics, automation, and modern AI technologies, allowing them totranslate ideas into practical business outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone whothrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complexity, and has the experienceand judgment to proactively lead engagements, anticipate client needs, andconsistently deliver exceptional results. The successful candidate will serveas a trusted advisor to clients while coaching teams and helping drive thegrowth of our consulting practice.

KeyResponsibilities

• Lead client engagements end-to-end, ensuringsuccessful delivery, measurable business outcomes, and strong clientsatisfaction.
  
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders,shaping business, data, technology, and AI direction while identifyingopportunities to expand value.
  
• Structure complex problems, facilitate alignmentacross stakeholders, and develop clear executive-ready recommendations anddelivery plans.
  
• Define solution vision and implementation approachfor AI, data, analytics, and technology initiatives, ensuring businessgoals translate into practical technical execution.
  
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, andarchitects to drive solution design, delivery priorities, and technicaldecision-making.
  
• Contribute hands-on when needed through coding,prototyping, AI agent development, workflow automation, data analysis, andtechnical experimentation.
  
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams,including offshore resources, while maintaining high standards of quality,accountability, and performance.
  
• Stay current on emerging AI and data technologies,helping clients and Auxo AI identify practical ways to apply them forbusiness impact.
  

Requirements

Required Experience

• Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, InformationSystems, or a related field.
  
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting,strategy consulting, technology consulting, or a related professional servicesenvironment.
  
• Proven experience leading complex client engagementsand managing executive-level client relationships.
  
• Demonstrated experience managing and developingconsulting teams, including offshore or distributed delivery resources.
  
• Strong structured problem-solving, analytical thinking,executive communication, and presentation development skills.
  
• Ability to independently lead engagements, anticipateclient needs, and drive workstreams from problem definition throughimplementation.
  
• Strong understanding of data, analytics, artificialintelligence, machine learning, and modern technology ecosystems.
  
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Python,SQL, APIs, automation platforms, analytics tools, or related technologies.
  
• Experience designing, building, or implementingAI-enabled solutions, automations, data products, prototypes, or technicalproofs of concept.
  
• Abilityto work effectively across business and technical teams and translate strategicobjectives into executable solutions.
  
• Demonstrated curiosity and continuous learning inemerging technologies, particularly AI and data-driven solutions.
  

Preferred Experience

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
  
• Experience at a leading consulting firm or withina strategic leadership role at a large enterprise.
  
• Experience leading AI, analytics, digitaltransformation, data modernization, or technology-enabled businesstransformation initiatives.
  
• Experience contributing to business development,proposal development, and account growth activities.
  
• Relevant certifications in AI, cloud technologies,analytics, data platforms, or project management.
  
• Experience operating within a high-growthconsulting, technology, or professional services environment.
