Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify client issues, capabilities, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop, tailor, and implement personalized treatment plans with established goals based on each client's unique needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated and coordinated client care.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary.
\n
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support liability and client care.

• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that contribute to our clients’ overall therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from individuals and couples to families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients come from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, each seeking support for personal struggles such as relational conflicts, emotional dysregulation, and trauma recovery. You will facilitate healing processes and resilience building by establishing trusting therapeutic alliances that promote positive mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited university.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
