You will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication to employees and visitors. DayTimeSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSun04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Monitor access points, verify authorized entry, and maintain visitor and contractor records in accordance with site procedures.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as required.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, offices, parking areas, and perimeter, documenting observations and reporting potential concerns.
- Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
