Its marketing approach is heavily content and SEO driven, built around published case studies that earn backlinks from major clients to strengthen search visibility and credibility. The business has experienced significant growth over the past year, expanding its portfolio of completed projects and client engagements. About the Role You will own the day-to-day execution of the company's content operations as a remote assistant. In this position, you will maintain a master content tracker, process raw assets (including founder voice notes and video files), and publish structured projects across the company's web ecosystem and social channels. A significant immediate priority is executing a large-scale project migration: organizing an existing library of 400+ videos into CMS portfolio pages and IMDb title entries. Once this backlog is cleared, the role shifts to managing ongoing monthly project additions, content repurposing across social platforms, directory management, and targeted editorial outreach. You will work internally; all client-facing communication remains with the founder. Core Workflow Pipeline: Source files, spreadsheet information, founder voice notes → Wix CMS portfolio page + Wix Blogs → IMDb submission (where eligible) → repurposed platform-specific content creation & distribution → relevant outreach opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Maintain the Master Content Tracker Maintain a central Google Sheet to track video files, titles, categories, descriptions, credits, links, and publishing statuses. Keep status updated in real time so project progress and next steps are always clear. 2. Create & Organize Wix CMS Portfolio Pages (Top Initial Priority) Lead the immediate priority of migrating and organizing an existing library of 400+ videos into Wix CMS entries. Watch videos, convert founder voice notes, and use AI to draft accurate, brand-aligned project descriptions. Add and verify video links, categories, credits, and formatting before publishing; prevent duplicate entries. 3. Create & Update IMDb Title Pages & Credits Research IMDb submission guidelines for music videos, commercials, corporate videos, and web series. Accurately submit Director Zane and collaborator credits, ensuring no assumed or invented facts. Check for existing pages before submitting new ones; track pending approvals and fixes. 4. Turn Voice Notes & Documents into Content Use AI tools to transform founder voice notes and docs into structured drafts (portfolio copy, case studies, blogs, pitches). Build and maintain a brand reference/prompt library to ensure consistent messaging. Fact-check all drafts and flag missing details rather than inventing information. 5. Repurpose Content Across Platforms Adapt Wix portfolio pages and case studies into website blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and editorial pitches. Customize structure, tone, and length for each platform. Format, schedule, and publish content following the required approval process. 6. Maintain Company Directories & Profiles Research legitimate industry directories/platforms and present an approval list to the founder. Claim and maintain authorized profiles, keeping contact info, links, descriptions, and projects consistent. Track account credentials and verification requirements. 7. Research Digital PR & Manage Editorial Outreach Pitch custom story angles and help draft contributor articles to earn organic backlinks and media coverage. Strict Rule: No paid link packages, link schemes, or bulk link purchases. 8. Bonus Skill: Social Media Management (Not a strict initial requirement) Create Still & Carousel Posts using Canva. Craft compelling, platform-specific captions and descriptions using AI tools. Research content trends, hooks, and industry conversations. Schedule social media posts across platforms (IG, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok). Set up and manage ManyChat automation workflows. Qualifications & Skills Required: Organization & Attention to Detail: Strong ability to complete high volumes of detailed, repetitive tasks accurately and without needing rework. AI Tool Proficiency & Critical Editing: Excellent at using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to draft content, paired with the critical eye needed to verify output, fact-check, and align with brand guidelines. Written English & Editing: Strong written English capable of producing clean, professional web, PR, and social media copy. Self-Direction & Fast Learning: Fast learner who can follow tutorials, document processes, and repeat tasks independently. Comfort with Repetitive Execution: Highly comfortable executing high-volume, repetitive tasks accurately and consistently over time. Content Marketing & Platform Adaptation: Good understanding of content marketing principles and platform adaptation.
