Join Viron International’s First Shift team in Temple, Texas (in person) and help build custom industrial air cleaning systems trusted by semiconductor facilities, municipal wastewater plants, and leading contractors and engineering firms. Our integrated systems—coated stainless-steel ductwork, dampers, scrubbers, stacks, fans, and controls—are engineered to perform together where corrosion is the norm, not the exception. Your mission

Bring precision TIG welds and disciplined fabrication skills to transform sheet metal and stainless components into high-performance fittings and ductwork that keep people and processes safe.

Impactful work you’ll do

• Execute high-quality TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless and sheet metal assemblies.
• Cut, form, grind, drill, fit, and fabricate sheet metal fittings and duct work to spec.
• Operate critical shop equipment: plasma torch, shear, brake, roller, punch press, rotary forming machines, seam welders, coil line.
• Set up and run equipment safely; ensure all safety devices are in use.
• Operate a forklift when trained and required.
• Perform first piece inspections and subsequent in-process checks.
• Monitor equipment, request maintenance, and complete simple repairs.
• Maintain required PPE and safety standards within a production environment.

What equips you for success

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven TIG welding experience; mechanically inclined.
• Proficient math skills; tape measure accuracy; ability to read or familiarity with blueprints.
• Growth mindset—willing to learn; 2-week training provided for the right candidate.
• Comfort operating at a fast pace.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10-hour days, with Saturday overtime as needed.

Physical expectations

• On your feet—standing, walking, moving—throughout extended shifts.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work around paints, powders, chemicals, and in changing temperatures.

Rewards you can count on

• Starting pay: $18 to $23 per hour (higher possible based on experience).
• Weekly pay.

• Vacation after 1 year; 8 paid holidays after completing a 90-day probation period.
