Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - (Midwest) CommonSpirit Health.

Previous Employment Requirements: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Cannot have worked at any CommonSpirit location within the last 12 months.

Required Skills/Experience: Looking of candidates who can independently do cranial procedures. Must be able to scrub Techs should have ortho total and ortho trauma experience in addition to general OR experience. Must have orthopedic trauma experience

Required Credentials: Need someone who scores 3s in neuro. It is important that the candidate will be competent to take Neuro-trauma call. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.

Special Requests: Holiday/Call Requirements: Yes, as needed

Shift & Scheduling: 8s or 10s beginning at 0700 M-F, same schedule week to week. Call is somewhat self scheduled

Facility holidays: 11/26/2026, 12/25/2026, 01/01/2027. Number of holidays allowed off: 1. Start assignment restriction: 14 days

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 3 years

Driver’s license required for submission
