Northwestern Mutual | New York, NY We are building a dedicated institutional practice within one of the largest Northwestern Mutual offices in the country. This role targets corporate buyers and executive stakeholders across COLI, BOLI, key person, buy-sell, and executive compensation funding — complex work that requires real relationships and the credibility to operate at the C-suite level. What You’ll Do Originate and close large-case placements across COLI, BOLI, key person, and buy-sell Structure executive benefit and deferred compensation funding solutions Engage CFOs, general counsel, ownership groups, and benefit committees as the primary advisor Navigate §101(j), §7702 and split-dollar regulations fluently Manage carrier relationships and in-force block performance Who We’re Looking For Someone with deep institutional relationships — a FIG banker, benefits consultant, institutional broker, relationship manager, portfolio manager, or senior producer who has spent years in front of the right buyers. Direct experience in corporate insurance is a plus, not a requirement. What matters is your network, your credibility with institutional decision-makers, and your ability to move a complex sale through multiple stakeholders. The product knowledge can be learned.
