Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Support Supply Chain operations by investigating and resolving shipping issues.Collaborate with fraud teams and warehouse partners to prevent negative customer impacts.Ensure accuracy in ticket resolutions, meeting an average of 80 tickets resolved per day.Foster engagement within the team to achieve collective goals.Organize conflicting priorities and optimize customer-impacting solutions.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Reverse Supply Chain, logistics, and ticketing.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Aggressive self-starter with the capability to thrive in a dynamic setting.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Slack.Strong analytical and technical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Our client is a leading Telecom Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
