This full-time position allows for remote work but is integrated into our outpatient office located in East Amherst, New York. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing a range of co-occurring medical and mental health issues. This population may include those with autoimmune disorders, chronic pain syndromes, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in guiding these patients toward recovery and well-being, helping them navigate the complexities of their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, or Psychologist.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, vital for establishing rapport and trust with patients and team members.

• Ability to sustain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually.
