Key Responsibilities of the Med Surg Charge RN

• Provide charge nurse leadership during night shifts
• Deliver high-quality patient care in Med Surg and ER settings
• Adapt to and manage responsibilities in a rural CAH environment

Requirements of the Med Surg Charge RN

• Valid AHA BLS certification
• KS or multistate RN license required at time of submission
• Previous critical access hospital (CAH) experience
• Experience with CPSI-Evident EMR system
• Med Surg and ER experience
• Preferred previous travel experience
