This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible work-life balance. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured schedule that complements your professional and personal commitments. The position leverages telehealth tools to facilitate consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions, ensuring efficient and effective client interactions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' mental health and substance abuse needs to determine appropriate levels of care and treatment.

• Perform comprehensive prior authorization reviews related to mental health services, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with medical directors and leadership to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.

• Engage in integrated rounds and clinical staffing, presenting comprehensive case formulations to contribute to team decision-making.

• Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned, while remaining committed to compliance with all organizational policies and standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with adults seeking assistance for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will be responsible for developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances, promoting their health and recovery through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is required. Additionally, candidates must possess a relevant state license to practice independently as a mental health professional.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating a solid foundation in clinical practice.

• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and treatment planning, with demonstrated success in working with varied patient populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s degree in a behavioral health discipline (such as counseling, psychology, or social work) is highly preferred.
