Associate Attorney

We're seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of personal injury experience who is passionate about client advocacy, negotiation, and delivering outstanding results. In this role, you'll manage a caseload from intake through settlement, working directly with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, and legal staff to maximize case value and achieve favorable outcomes. What You'll Do Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Evaluate liability, damages, medical records, and case strategy. Communicate regularly with clients and guide them through the claims process. Prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance adjusters. Analyze case value, including medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering. Collaborate with litigation attorneys on cases that require filing suit. What We\'re Looking For JD and active Bar license in good standing. 2+ years of personal injury experience (plaintiff or defense). Strong negotiation, communication, and case management skills. Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload. Client-focused professional with excellent judgment and attention to detail.
