Job Description

Office Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Office Assistant for a company based in Somerville, AL. In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure office operations.

Pay Rate

$15.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 00 am to 5 00 pm. (flexible)

Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
Provide excellent customers service to vendors.
Assist the owner with scheduling, planning, and other administrative tasks.
Complete various office duties as needed.

Office Assistant Qualifications and Requirements

Basic computer skills.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Reliable and willing to learn.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Weekly Pay
