This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and convenience to both the therapist and clients. Utilizing telehealth technology, you will engage with clients through secure video and phone sessions from the comfort of your own home or preferred workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing secure telehealth platforms to assist in facilitating effective communication and rapport.

• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs, goals, and therapeutic progress.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and documentation of client interactions, treatment outcomes, and care plans.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent emotional distress, ensuring they receive appropriate care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and primary care doctors, to coordinate a holistic care approach that benefits clients.

• Ensure compliance with state and federal ethical, legal, and professional standards regarding mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Rebirth Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing relational, emotional, and psychological issues. You will be equipped to guide clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts, all while ensuring that therapy remains a safe and supportive space.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
