Commercial Account Manager

A well established independent insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join its growing team. This organization combines the resources and capabilities of a large national brokerage with the collaborative culture and support of a local agency. The position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced insurance professionals while servicing a diverse commercial client portfolio. Location Hybrid (Denver, CO area) Key Responsibilities Partner closely with Producers to service, retain, and expand commercial accounts Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service Review insurance programs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions Identify cross sell and account rounding opportunities Process new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations accurately and efficiently Assist Producers with proposals, marketing efforts, policy summaries, and carrier submissions Educate clients on policy provisions, exclusions, and coverage recommendations Coordinate with carriers and wholesale partners to negotiate favorable coverage terms Maintain accurate and detailed records within the agency management system Support billing, invoicing, and other account related administrative functions Qualifications Required Active P&C Insurance License 3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience within an independent agency environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative office environment with some remote flexibility Preferred Experience with Applied EPIC Familiarity with CSR24 or similar agency management platforms What You'll Receive Competitive compensation package Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Telehealth services401(k) with employer match Generous PTO and paid sick time Additional voluntary benefits and ancillary coverage options Long term career growth with an established and growing brokerage This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Commercial Lines professional seeking a client facing role with a respected independent brokerage that values collaboration, professional development, and exceptional service. #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
