Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gain an understanding of the individual needs of each child and adolescent client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, guiding them through available treatment options and community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and psychological theories.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and various computer applications relevant for documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
