Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with a variety of mood disorders, elucidating symptoms, duration, and severity to create comprehensive treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing therapeutic models such as structural family therapy, narrative therapy, and systems approaches.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and coping strategies.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor client progress, adapting treatment methodologies in response to client feedback and documented outcomes.

• Ensure detailed and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.

• Engage actively in team discussions to provide case insights and learn from colleagues, contributing to a culture of collaborative problem-solving.

• Advocate for mental health awareness and services within the community, representing the clinic in outreach efforts to improve access to care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at our organization, you will serve a diverse client demographic including children, adolescents, and adults facing various challenges related to mental health. You will have the opportunity to work with families dealing with relational stress, children experiencing emotional difficulties, and adults facing transitions in their personal and professional lives. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid LMFT license in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
