Legal Assistant

PSI is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant in San Diego, CA to join our dynamic legal team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting legal professionals and are eager to learn about the legal field. The Legal Assistant will play a crucial role in providing administrative support, managing correspondence, maintaining files, and assisting with research and document preparation. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, a commitment to maintaining confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in a legal setting preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic legal software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
