As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients.A Day in the LifeThe Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. Experience representing borrowers is also a plus. You possess exceptional organization and writing skills, have strong academic credentials, and are eager to work in fast-paced team environment representing sophisticated clients on complex deals.Required Qualifications:3 to 5 years of transaction finance experience Admitted, and in good standing, to the Geogia, Massachusetts, and/or New York state Bar(s).At Nelson Mullins, we are dedicated to transparent and fair compensation practices. Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
