Job Posting Grand Rapids, OH Order: 30911 Temp To Full-Time Pay Rate $18.00 to 22.00 per hour, based on experience Duties Perform MIG welding on various metal components and structures according to specifications Read and interpret blueprints Set up and operate welding equipment, including MIG welders and hand tools Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to codes and standards Use measuring tools such as tape measures to ensure precise dimensions Assist with the fabrication and assembly of metal products Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications Proven experience as a MIG Welder or similar role Proficient in MIG welding techniques and processes Familiarity with reading blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate welds Knowledge of codes and standards related to welding and fabrication Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
